These are the best glass nail files. The shipping was fairly quick and secure because not a single one was broken. Surprised bc it was sent USPS. Great for gifts or just to have better nails. I tend to hoard my favorite nail file brand 💖 I also received a free gift with this purchase which was the cuticle pusher and I cannot wait to try that!
I accidentally put the wrong address when I initially ordered it and emailed the Bona Fide team who quickly got back to me and corrected the mistake. I love not going through Amazon and being able to order directly from supplier.
This was a gift for Mother's Day so I got her the combo packs. She loves it, saying it is "the best nail filer ever!"

I PURCHASED A 5 PACK GENUINE CRYSTAL NAIL FILE PACK AND ONE OF THE FILES WAS SHATTERED UPON OPENING WITH GLASS PIECES IN THE CASE! EACH TIME 5 TIMES I LEFT A VOICE MAIL AND MESSAGED "CUSTOMER SERVICE" THE PHONES ARE NOT ANSWERED! I HAVE CALLED EASTERN, CENTRAL, MOUNTAIN, AND PACIFIC. I REACHED OUT TO THE OWNER IN CALIFORNIA, VIA EMAIL AND SHE DOES NOT RESPOND! THESE WERE GIFTS! AFTER SPENDING $75 YOU WOULD THINK SOMEONE WOULD REACH OUT! I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN IGNORED! I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY ANH LONGER. I DO NOT AGREE TO JUDGE.ME TERMS OR CONDITIONS!
