Whatβs up with that! I just received my files and the instruction material inside the box states do not use on natural nails. Iβm confused why would that information not be disclosed at point of purchase. I used the files, anyway; love the feel and finish and seems fine at this point. But my concern is the warning that it could damage natural nails. Hence reason for 3 stars and not 5 stars.

We understand that you were surprised to find out that our coarse grit nail files are not typically recommended to use on natural nails, however we do state on our product page that this nail file is designed for gel/acrylic removal. On the other hand, we understand that putting an explicit warning may be more helpful in the future, so we will be sure to add that onto our website soon.
