How to Use:
STEP 1: HOLDING THE ERGO FILE
Similar to how you would hold a plate, hold the ergo file with the inner groove facing outwards.
STEP 2: PLACING YOUR NAIL
Place the nail you want to file in the inner groove. This is where the nail filing grit is etched!
STEP 3: FILE WITH THE CURVE
To start shaping, file along the natural curve of the groove in small one-way strokes to get a nice rounded and smooth free edge.
STEP 4: WASH & MOISTURIZE
Once you're happy with the shape, finish off your manicure by rinsing your nails and your nail file under running water. Pat both dry with a towel & apply cuticle oil or hand lotion to your nails.
