I PURCHASED A 5 PACK GENUINE CRYSTAL NAIL FILE PACK AND ONE OF THE FILES WAS SHATTERED UPON OPENING WITH GLASS PIECES IN THE CASE! EACH TIME 5 TIMES I LEFT A VOICE MAIL AND MESSAGED "CUSTOMER SERVICE" THE PHONES ARE NOT ANSWERED! I HAVE CALLED EASTERN, CENTRAL, MOUNTAIN, AND PACIFIC. I REACHED OUT TO THE OWNER IN CALIFORNIA, VIA EMAIL AND SHE DOES NOT RESPOND! THESE WERE GIFTS! AFTER SPENDING $75 YOU WOULD THINK SOMEONE WOULD REACH OUT! I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN IGNORED! I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY ANH LONGER. I DO NOT AGREE TO JUDGE.ME TERMS OR CONDITIONS!

I have used some like these and I loved how they did my nails the only bad fall they brack so easy that it not funny for the price you have to pay for them is the only down fall is besides that I love them.
