Single Glass Foot File in Green/Aqua

How to Use: 

1. Soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes. For extra relaxation, add Epsom salts or essential oils to your liking. 
2. Pat dry your feet with a towel and determine which parts of your feet need the most tender loving care.
3. Use the medium grit side to remove dead skin or filing down calluses on the heels or sides of your feet. 
4. Use the fine grit side to polish and smooth out the skin. 
5. Rinse off your feet with warm water & towel dry. 
6. Apply your favorite lotion to seal in moisture. 
7. We recommend using the fine grit side at least once a week to polish your feet for best results.
