Premium Tempered & Etched Czech Glass

1. Soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes. For extra relaxation, add Epsom salts or essential oils to your liking.

2. Use the medium grit side to remove dead skin or filing down calluses on the heels or sides of your feet.

3. Use the fine grit side to polish and smooth out the skin.

4. Rinse off your feet with warm water & towel dry.

5. Apply your favorite lotion to seal in moisture.

1. Rinse foot file under warm water.
2. (Optional) Use a mild soap to gently wash the foot file with your hands.
3. Gently pat dry the foot file with a clean towel.
4. Place foot file back into protective sleeve or hang using the complementary cord.
