How to Use:
- Soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes. For extra relaxation, add Epsom salts or essential oils to your liking.
- Pat dry your feet with a towel and determine which parts of your feet need the most tender loving care.
- Use the medium grit side to remove dead skin or filing down calluses on the heels or sides of your feet.
- Use the fine grit side to polish and smooth out the skin.
- Rinse off your feet with warm water & towel dry.
- Apply your favorite lotion to seal in moisture.
- We recommend using the fine grit side at least once a week to polish your feet for best results.
