Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and we would like to work it out with you. If you would like to return or get a refund, please see the following terms and conditions: 

Returns & Refunds:

  • Please email us at support@bonafide-beauty.com to submit a return & refund request within 30 days from the day the product is delivered. 
  • We only accept unopened, undamaged, and unused items as eligible return items. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return courier fees are at the customer’s expense when returning products.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit. Once your return package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. To ensure your return is properly processed, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt for proof of mailing.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This may take up to 5 business days to reflect on the customer’s statement. If the original payment is not available, we will provide store credit to be redeemed online.
