For manicures, begin with clean and dry nails

Use the Czech Glass Cuticle Pusher's slanted-end to gently push back cuticles (dead skin) from your nail plate. Then switch to the pointed-end for precise cuticle (dead skin) removal

Use the Czech Glass Nail File to file & shape your nails to your preferred length and nail shape.


For pedicures, soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes.

Pat dry your feet with a towel and determine which parts of your feet need the most tender loving care.

Use the Czech Glass Foot File's medium grit side to buff dead skin or calluses using a circular motion on the heels, sides of your feet or in between your toes. After buffing, rinse.
Use the Czech Glass Foot File's fine grit side to polish and smooth out the skin. After polishing, rinse & towel dry.
Apply your favorite lotion to seal in moisture.

1. Rinse nail file under warm water.
2. (Optional) Use a mild soap to gently wash the file with your hands.
3. Gently pat dry the nail file with a clean towel.
4. Place nail file back into protective hard case.
